Summer Baltimore Restaurant Week Off to a Great Start

Thank you to all of the diners who joined us last night for the start of Summer Baltimore Restaurant Week.  This year we are offering a three course dinner for $35 per person (excluding beverage, tax and gratuity), with many options for vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free diners.

FIRST COURSE (choice of): Chef’s Selection of Charcuterie: medley of meats and cheeses
Roasted Asparagus: butter emulsion, creamy egg, pecorino cream, toasted bread crumbs

SECOND COURSE (choice of): Risotto Nero: Squid ink risotto, fresh squid
Rockfish: pan-seared filet over oven-roasted fennel, salsa verde
Polpette: beef meatballs, San Marzano tomato sauce
Agnello: porcini-fennel dusted, parmigiana, fingerlings, balsamic
Grilled Basil Chicken Breast: carmelized cippolini onions, arugula, smoked chicken veloute

THIRD COURSE (choice of): Mascarpone Cheesecake * SemiFreddo * Mini-cannoli
VEGETARIAN/VEGAN

FIRST COURSE (choice of): Grilled Vegetable Plate (vegan)
Cauliflower Steak: fingerling potatoes, mushroom ragu, roasted red pepper sauce (vegan)

SECOND COURSE (choice of): Pappardelle Funghi: homemade pasta with wild mushrooms
Gnocchi: lemon, parmigiana, cream
Penne Giardino: quill pasta, tomato sauce, fresh vegetables (vegan)

THIRD COURSE
(choice of): Pear Poached in Chianti (vegan) * SemiFreddo * Granita (vegan)
GLUTEN-FREE
